About to start my first cycle ever consisting of Dinabol 30mg ED (10mg pills) / Test E 500mg a week.
Getting mixed reviews on times and amounts of dbol to take. Do i take all 30mg at once or spread it evenly in 3 times a day by 10mg???

i like to run dbol increasing by 10mg/day weekly starting from 20mg/day on week 1, cruise on the preferred dose, and then decreasing by 10mg/day weekly to end at 20mg/day on last week.. some people disagree with this, but it works for me because i can feel the dosage and if i'm good at 40mg/day, that's when i stop increasing and just cruise on that. you never know how good the gear is so that's one way to find out how much you really need. I usually split it in 10mg per intake throughout the day, 15 mins before my meals, basically just maintaining the level in blood evenly through the day.
I'm starting the same cycle as you next week and will be talking the dbol spread throughout the day (40mg ed though). From what i've read half-life time is only 3.5 - 4.5 hours so spreading it out would be better.
Take 20mg after breakfast and 20mg before dinner.Quote:

Split the dosing throughout the day as evenly as possible.
There are many way to take dbol, splitting/all at once or pulsing the dose, if your new and its your first cycle I would say go with splitting the dose equally up throughout the day
