1st cycle : dianabol + sust.

First I'll start off with some specs:

age: 25
Height: 5'10
weight: 175
bmi: 9%
Training: 6 days/wk, 2 years.
Diet: 4000+ cals, 250+ pro


I've plateaued. I've tried changing my routine, increasing calories, etc.. I cannot seem to get over 175. I started at 130lbs 2 years ago.


I'm looking to cycle for 8 weeks dbol + sust.

Dbol would be 10mg 4x daily, sust would be 1.5ml q3.5d (every 3.5 days)

Any thoughts? Also, I don't think we can discuss prices on the forums here. But I would like to know if I'm getting ripped off (buying on tuesday) So if I can post what I'm paying on here, or someone can PM me?

stats are impressive over 2 years i think this would be a good cycle others may say different. 175 and 9% you should gain a good 20-25lbs if you're not worried about a little fat. yeah i don't think you can openley discuss prices, but i'm not sure. where i live i have seen sust go from affordable to down right outragious so be careful.

Not too worried about some fat. Summer sports will take care of that after my cycle :)

I would really like a few opinions on what I'd be paying though. It works out to 10/ml.

Drop the sust! Run a single ester test!! (prop, cyp, enth..)

I'm halfway doing sust 1-12weeks and I did dbol 1-4... On week 6... Iv put on 15.5lbs so far... Good luck bro

sounds good mate. Sus and d-bol are good. I'd stretch it out to 12weeks though and how long are u running the d-BOL for?

and 3.5 is abit long for sus being 4esters and some have a short life the prop I'd go wif eod or 3rd max if u wana go the 3.5 I'd go with test e. good luck wif it keep us posted

Did you notice any difference in your weight gain after you stopped dbol? Or would you say it was steady all the way through?

But by this, would I be better doing sust for 12 weeks, and dbol for the first 4 weeks of that?

I'm looking for only bulk (mostly muscle if possible, but I don't mind a little fat/water)

1-30- .25mg arimidex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

Yeh I was gaining steady every week then when I stopped the dbol I didn't gain or Lose for that week, then started gaining again..., working really well for me...

that's sounds heaps better Ull get better results doing test e every 3rd day that will put u at 500mg a week. But sus every 3days is good as well its just that it has 4esters and some of them have a short life like prop. And its good that uv made it 12weeks, So 3rd sounds good. This should give u good size.

dr pepper what dose r u taking the sus at and every how many days?

500mg a week, 250mg every 3.5 days... 15Lbs and only halfway through, couldn't b more pleased with how it's going... Keeping in mind iv got my deit in check and train hard and heavy...

I wouldn't worry about an AI on PCT. I also wouldn't run such a high dosage of clomid for 30 days.. My general PCT is..

By the way, I just mentioned a single ester test because people generally experience better results. Also easier to keep blood levels stable..
