advice on sustanon-250
been training for ten years 5x a week for an hour a crack and have been at this size/weight plateau for years. Well proportioned but not very full/big muscularity. Currently 11.3% body fat. Pretty intense, consistant training. cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes.

if your looking to get big and full id take sus @500 mg 8-10 wks eq @600 wk 8-10 wks and dbol @40-50 mg ed for 5 wks.but thats just me,
do some reading on previous posts and see what will be benificial to you.diet is key for any cycle.

Sustanon is a good product.
One question:
Have you tried changing you workout. Say completely eliminate the cardio and cut back to 3-4 times a week. It would be worth a try and would probably add some size. Remember is you add fat you can always take care of that later.
