Hi im new here, these forums looked like a nice place to find some advice. first off, i'm 6'0 and i weigh 230 I've been working out for about 4 and a half years, what ive been doing has been putting on muscle but not the beach body muscle im looking for. i want to get the more defined cut muscles without much weight gain. i wanted to get some insight on what you guys think of me starting a 30 day cycle of Winny with high reps, diet and Cardio?
