My first cycle, need some tips
Hi im new here, these forums looked like a nice place to find some advice. first off, i'm 6'0 and i weigh 230 I've been working out for about 4 and a half years, what ive been doing has been putting on muscle but not the beach body muscle im looking for. i want to get the more defined cut muscles without much weight gain. i wanted to get some insight on what you guys think of me starting a 30 day cycle of Winny with high reps, diet and Cardio?

I think its a stupid idea.
Winny only will shut you down.
If you want to lose weight just change your diet to a cutting diet and jomp on the treadmill for an hour every morning.
What is your bf% and how old are you?

This I want to see... 6', 230 and 12%... buddy, you should be on stage with 2 months prep work. Dont bother cycling, you're doing well enough already

i think the BF is definantly Inncorrect, i just did a home body fat test that i found online when he asked for it. ive never done an accual body fat test.

you're around 24%bf, perhaps more. you should start with a good diet and get that going first.

Well first of all...that body fat isn't just in your belly and certainly you should listen to Big and do some serious dieting and cardio before you start any cycle. Once you're down to AT LEAST 15%...then you might wanna look into an 8 week anavar only cycle.

Thanks juicy, do you know of any sources or websites that have any good information so i can set myself up with a good diet/cardio regiment. or do you have any advice yourself?

you have a good shape for your age, personally I think with proper diet and training alone you could be a beast. one step at a time though, lets get the diet and training tweaked and get that bf down and that will give you plenty of time to decide what you want to do next.
