in the PCT section is a thread on steroid half lifes read up on that as to when to start. Also read the stickies at the top for standard PCT chems and doses
I will spoon feed you,
100mg ed clomid for two weeks 50mg clomid for two more weeks
40 mg ed of nolva for two weeks 20mg of nolva for two more weeks,
should be g2g good luck
