The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.
I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.

Your not even near prepared for gear, buddy. There are many reasons the most important is you 20. You could hurt yourself bad. You have enough natural test in your body to really do work. Dont screw up the possibility of having kids or low test levels for the rest of you life. Give it 5 years.

Ok yes you are to young but I am going to give you advice because I have a feeling you dont care and are going to do it any way...with this cycle you will hurt your self!
Get rid of the tren! tren will shut you down hard!!!! and there is no need for it in a first cycle. Most guys dont touch tren until they are very experienced and even then it is a tricky and powerful compound.
Second cut you cycle length down. The longer you are on the harder it is for your natual test to rebound and the higher chance you have of shuting your self down for good (especially at your age). 10 weeks is plenty of time to make good gains!
third make sure you have proper pct! clomid, nolva, and perhaps hcg if you choose to use it...you prob wont need hcg with a 10 week cycle.
lastly you cant bulk and cut at the same time...my recommendation to you is eat very clean! keep you carb low except for the morning and post workout, and keep your protein and good fats, and calories high. This will allow you to put on size and perhaps loose a small amount of body fat.
Go to your doc before you start and get blood work done on your liver values and your test levels. Ask for the results and keep them on hand.
500mg test weeks 1-10
anavar 60-80mg a day weeks 1-4
pct (start pct 2 weeks after last injection)
week 1 - 100mg cloimid/20mg nolva (A day)
week 2 - 50mg clomid/20mg nolva (A day)
week 3 - 50mg clomid/20mg nolva (A day)
week 4 - nolva 20mg (A day)
week 5 - nolva 20mg (A day)
4 weeks after pct go to your doctor and get blood work done, ask him to check liver values, and test levels, ask for a copy of the results and compare them to the results from your first blood test. They should be near or equal to them.
p.s 5% bf even with steroids is ridiculous...I have been that low and there is no need to get that low unless your doing a show. Its no walk in the park...once you hit around 6% bf your body will start to go into over drive to hold onto fat and its very very very hardto get bellow that! 8% is a good healthy range to get to and is plenty low enouph to see abs and look good! its not halthy to stay at 5% for too long and if your do reach that level of body fat I can promise you that you wont stay there for longer then a week or two.

Yes you are to young and yes you should wait! but if you are going to do it then do it safe so you dont hurt you self....tren could really **** your body up and there is no need for it!
