I'm 6'3 about 255. I played college football and have gotten outta playing shape over the last few years. I'm in my 4th week of training and I must say that I've done quite well to get back to a decent level.
I follow a good diet and have no problem getting in the garage and sweating it out and working hard (comes from years of football workouts) so I feel I have already a jumpstart on most. I have done some research on the benefits of an HGH cycle(100mg green top) and Test250 and have both.
Any recommendations on dosage? Or when I should take it? Anything I should look out for during my first cycle? And what can I expect after the first cycle(I understand that miracles don't happen overnight)??
