new cycle schedule
So, I want to start a new cycle in August but want to start planning now. If you see my previous thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...cycle-question, I like to have a schedule and doing it every other day would be nice. I definitely want to do more than I was doing. I feel the last cycle was messed up.
Here are some of my stats:
I am 24, been training since I was in college, 140, 5'7, not sure of my body fat. What I want to obtain: I want to be more cut not huge, but ripped. Like the guy from Fantastic Four, fire guy - that kind of ripped. Very toned.
I have a very good diet, I eat 4-6 meals a day and no medical conditions. According to my goals what do you recommend I take and how to create a schedule?

for the life of me, I can not understand why anyone would want to "cut" at 140lbs

well you better decide if you want to bulk or cut, not saying its impossible to do both BUT VERY hard, just pick one way and go with it.

Just want to know which ones I should do. I did sus and deca. Im thinking tren and sus but I dont know.

youve already done a cycle and your still 140? what were you before? I think a talk with the diet guys is in order.

I would forget about using roids for now and post your diet & workout routine because you need help in that area.

You my friend need to bulk up. get your diet in check up your cals i bet you gain more off cycle.
