Want to start my first cycle, help!
Hey guys, I'm new to this whole thing and would like some opinions. Ok here's the deal, I'm 20 years old, 5'10" and haven't weighed over 125 in my life. I've tried the shakes an creatine and all that, and go to the gym every monday wednesday and Friday. I'll admit the shakes and everything do help, as I'm stronger and more lean but I want to bulk up and do maybe two cycles. I want to be right around 150-165lbs when I'm done. What I need to know is what to take and how to do it right without losing my gains or having any shrinking or problems down there. So I need to know the best stuff to use, and how to use it since I'm new to this whole thing. Thanks guys :)
