Not gaining any strength on test-tren-winstrol
Currently cutting and so far im down 4 inch waist size and weight is constant at 210 lbs. Still look as much bloated, just got a smaller waist and starting to see abs, not much more definition in arms or shoulders.
Im on my 4th week of a 10 week cycle and i dont really see any strength gains.
my diet is about 2500 calorie and i burn 700 calorie everyday on the treadmill after my workout.
is that too much? I have my postworkout shake about 75 mins after im finished weight training.
