Salad cream (light) 20 g 47 cals
Skinless chicken breast (grilled) 130 g 151 cals

Sirloin steak 200 g 330 cals

DAILY TOTAL 1907 calories

Diet is poor, needs a lot of work...

1900 calorie is too low for a guy your weight, you should aim for 500 under your TDEE

What are your macros split?

scivation.com has some great free books that have cut diets. Try GAME OVER CUT DIET. I followed that program to a tee and went from 24% to 13 in 4 months then down to 11 in another month. I did that all natty, only thing i took was EC.
