Hi all - I have my course ready with PCT and AI. Only thing is. What should I pick. Test E or Sust? I have used sust before and I like the kick.

Ah also - I know it goes on a case by case basis. Age, BF - I just would like to see what people would pick in their own opinion.

with that high of bf and you current height and weight you will be very thin by the time you get to a reasonable bf%. You will not have much of a base. I would stay away from aas for a while and build yourself naturallyQuote:
