    Need help with cycle

    Ok Im new to steroids and I want to take sustanon 250 and equipoise ,
    But I have no idea how to get and start a cycle and what anti estrogens should I take and when should I start my pct? Can I take equipoise and sustanon in the same syringe? Will I get good results? Can some one please make me a cycle schedule to go off of... Please
