I haven't made a thread like this in a while, so here goes.
If you don't know the answer to something, please don't guess.
There's no shame in not knowing something, since no one can know everything.
But when someone makes up something random just to appear smart, it 1) puts our members at risk (and we generally want our members to be healthy and all that), and 2) makes you look like an idiot when someone comes along later and corrects you.
You've all heard that old adage, "better to remain silent, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt".
EDIT: This isn't directed at any one person in particular. I've just seen way too much mis-information being thrown out lately, and it's gotta stop.
In fact, here, I'll give you a little hint. If some asks, "hey, what's the half life of Var?" and you don't know, don't just guess that it's 4 hours. Because you'd be wrong and look like a dumb ass. If you're not sure, don't answer. Or, or, look it up. Check the steroid profile here, find out that it's 8hrs, then post. And everyone will think you're a steroid Guru and you'll get your name in a different color in no time :)
Keep this bumped please, guys.
