I have been an athlete all my life and I have always gone to the gym, maybe not with the most strict diet or the hardest regimen but I am in good shape. I am just not familiar with steroids, that's why i am posting in this forum.
The reason I mentioned the 2 weeks doing Insanity is because I want to know if I can be benefited from that type of workout or if I should just concentrate on the gym

winstrol is used for cutting, Sustanon for bulking. obviously you are way too uneducated to be using these.so....
