I have been an athlete all my life and I have always gone to the gym, maybe not with the most strict diet or the hardest regimen but I am in good shape. I am just not familiar with steroids , that's why i am posting in this forum.

The reason I mentioned the 2 weeks doing Insanity is because I want to know if I can be benefited from that type of workout or if I should just concentrate on the gym

winstrol is used for cutting, Sustanon for bulking. obviously you are way too uneducated to be using these.so....
a. see if you can get your money back
b. wait till your brains a little more developed before even thinking about aas again (5-10 years)
