Finished 12 week cycle. need a week off good or bad idea

I have been working hard in the gym 5-6 days a week for 5 months with no break.

Just finishing my 12 wks on t-400. I've had good results and dont want to lose my gains but i'm feeling overworked right now.

Is taking a few days off to rest a bad idea ????

Should I just soldier on ???

First cycle so not too sure what is best for me.

Usually take a week break 2 or 3 times per year

listen to your body. if you need a break take it,

I would still go to the gym but tone down the intensity. After a cycle its always best to lower the weight and do more reps for a few weeks.
