First Cycle - Sus250 and Deca 100 - possibly 20 weeks

Hi guys,

Ive just joined here to get some opinions on what my cycle plan is, so here it goes:

Week 1-5 (500mg per week):
Sus 250 - 1ml Mon and 1ml Thur

Week 6-15 (700mg per week):
Sus 250 - 1ml Mon and 1ml Thur
Deca 100 - 1ml Mon and 1ml Thur

Week 16-20 (500mg per week):
Sus 250 - 1ml Mon and 1ml Thur

Im currently at week 4, and will be pinning tomorrow to complete the fourth week.

Im getting my bottles as i go, so i can change the plan as i see fit.

My PCT is going to be Novaldex, which i also have a supply of.

My questions are:

a) is it out of the norm to run a 20 week cycle as above for the first time?
b) what are your thoughts on ditching the last 5 weeks and ending my cycle at week 15?

You really need to stop what your doing and read up.
The fact you started this cycle then ask if its ok shows lack of knowledge.
As for tapering up then down that's a very old school way of running things.
You've not mentioned a AI and just nolva for pct isn't enough .
Your dosages are far to high for a first cycle aswell.

The cycle isnt planned out correctly, infact its awful

PCT's inadequate and no mention of an AI or HCG. You'll need those as well for your cycle along w/Clomid to compliment your Nolva. You can hit the PCT Forum to check on these compounds.

You'd do better to just run a nice test cycle for 12 weeks. No need to ramp the dosage as 500mgs a week will be just fine. Of course diet and training will dictate much of your gains.

I haven't bought the Deca yet so ill stick with Sus250 for a 12 week cycle ( 8 more weeks)

Im about to buy some arimidex and will start taking 0.5mg eod from when it arrives until my last jab.

And will start PCT 7 days after last jab with noveldex and clomid (if i can get my hands on it, otherwise novaldex only)

Start armidex at .25 eod to start. Adjust as needed
Novladex is not sufficient alone as a pct. Clomid needs to be added.
This is a dumb thing to start then figure out. I hope you don't have trouble because of your poor planning.
What is your TDEE?

Thanks, looks like they also sell liquid version of an Arimidex alternative called Letro

NO! Liquidex is Armidex. Letro is good to have on hand, but only if it is needed.
