    Anavar and Women

    Just a fast question:

Do you have any complete post related to the physiological effect of anavar on women??
If their is a possible pct...

I know almost nothing of how it works in women and I got a friend who wants to try it for her first fitness competition. And I want her to understand what's the pro's/con's related to that.

    Thanks

(Don't wanna be spoon feeded, links will be plenty thank you.)

My wife is just finishing a var cycle....pretty much the same as a cycle for men, felt great at the n
beginning...then when her body adjusted got a little slacked, and now she is tapering off. I will say this, pumps where good and cramps at times, like anything else u get out what you put into it.

An important detail I've noticed is that Var does not work the same on women as it does on men. They tend to bloat up a bit, but can put on a lot of size and strength (and can obviously lose a good bit of BF if they cut the cals back). This likely involves increased glycogen storage and electrolyte changes.

The only (fairly safe) choices that shouldn't bloat women at all (and could be used on stage) are Winny and Primo, which should be used with caution, as they are more androgenic than var.

Can she use 4 week war and 2 week before comp switch for winny...

She is trying to drop her bf%... And bloating is not great...

I've also read that anavar could affect menstrual cycle, That good to know But does someone know WHY it do that...?

Yeah, that should actually work nicely. I'd go with 10-15 mg of var, then maybe 5-10mg of Winny (monitor for vocal changes).
It disrupts their menstrual cycle because it is, after all, modified DHT, a "male" hormone. It is androgenic (although mild) and reduces estrogen (which is key to the menstrual cycle).
My GF is currently running 10mg of Var and just had her period. But it was really light and lasted much longer than normal.

I don't know. But she shouldn't be using a BC pill that contains estrogen if she wants to compete. They make progesterone-only pills to avoid the estrogen bloat.
