    Blood pressure

My blood pressure is 149/79 should I be worried? I know prior to starting my bp was completely normal.

Nothing to be immediately worried about but not a good idea to let it remain that high.

Some people successfully lower their bp on cycle with hawthorne berry and/or daily low dose cialis.

If those don't work you may need to run an ACE inhibitor while on cycle.

Alip what sort of sphygmomanometer did you use to take it? I've heard from my doctor and also read that the digital ones are very inaccurate and read higher than the accurate old mercury ones.

Also how relaxed were you when you tested yourself? Anything on your mind? You should also check multiple times throughout the day and try to see if it's consistent.

Had the same issues and started taking low dose cialis (and COq10, fish oil) and it dropped back to normal. I'm sure it was the cialis that was responsible for the drop.

What's ur cycle consist off because that may compound the problem( correct me if I'm wrong here guys) but if u cut the adex and your e2 gets high your going to raise your blood pressure from water retention. List your cycle and your AI dose.

U could probably drop the adex to .25 mgs eod and be fine I don't have experience with proviron so one of these more senior members better jump on that

Dude first of all those BP machines r notoriously inaccurate, but however if u use the same one all the time and your BP has increased I believe it's a cause to worry, up your cardio. That's the number one anti-high BP, then you can take otc hawthorn berry and even vinegar!..gross, but yes cialis with stabilize your BP to where it should be, you can obtain it from the banner above at AR-R...it works! I believe it's very important to monitor and keep your BP within "regular" guidlines...very important.
