Anavar use

Hello my name is Jake and I am new on the forum. I have am a week into a cycle of Anavar and had a few questions. I am taking 50mg a day. My diet is low calorie at about 1800 a day with 220g of protein a day and little carbs. Lift 4 days a week and run 3 days a week. My diet is in check and I train hard. I am wondering when I will see results from Anavar? I am looking to lean out quite a bit.
I'm 5'10 190 lbs and 25 years old. This is my first cycle of any steroid . I am taking anavar by itself as I was told to do so to see how my body reacts before stacking.
Any advice on training or diet will be appreciated!

I have been told that but I have also been told that I will get the same gains but slower with Anavar with less side affects.

You have been told wrong, you shouldn't run anavar on it own it will shut down your natural test. You should be running testosterone along side it or infact drop the var and just run test.

You should run test E at 250 mgs for the first 4 weeks and see how your body reacts. Then up the dosage to 500 mg a week for 8 weeks after that.

I will not be able to get anything else for a while. Just runing anavar will do nothing you are saying?

you will more than likely have greater/worse side effects with the var than you would with a test cycle..

your body produces testosterone naturally... it doesn't produce Oxandrolone naturally.....

I would stop taking the var until you can run a proper cycle

Ok, anavar is a complete waste of money. Anavar is only produced once a year thats why the price of it is so high. I can almost guarantee that you don't have anavar.. Also your putting compounds into your body that your body isn't used to, your taking a risk,, Good things about test is that your body produces it so you have no problem or worry about it shutting down your natural test and its quite cheap compared to anavar

I don't want to waste the week I have already taken. So I will finish out the cycle of Var. I do appreciate the info the and opinions. Should I take a PCT? If so what will I need?
I have a friend that is in his 6 th week of just Var and he is getting good gains and noticeable cuts from it so I am anxious to see what I will be at in 6 weeks. We got our supply at the same time from the same source so I'm assuming it is legit from the gains he has so far

Lets set the record straight:

Anavar is produced ALL the time by different labs all over the world.

BOTH Anavar and Test E WILL BOTH SHUT DOWN YOUR NATURAL TESTOSTERONE !!!

Anavar will most likely have LESS SIDE EFFECTS THEN TEST.

I mean you have to take different compounds like Arimidex to stop sideeffects when taking Test that you do not with Var.

Var is VERY effective. I have personally gained a solid 8lbs of lean mass while on var, with no bloat, no gyno, no pimples, no test flu, in 8 weeks as suppose to a 12 week Test E cycle. So don't come on here and restate information you read without any personal knowledge of the how the compound affects YOU.

Yes Var will supress and in some rare cases completely shutdown your HPTA. PErsonally I have not been fully shutdown and supressed somewhat and that was the only side effect.

you ask questions about your cycle and you do the opposite what experienced users tell you to do, kind of pointless in asking in the first place. Guess you will learn the hard way.

I'm not throwing the information out the window I'm just going to keep taking because I have spent the money already. I was hoping to hear from people that have taken it and what their gains were and experience with the steroid . I read your article you posted. It was a good read.

Wherever you heard you info on var is way off, of course you need a pct it's a steroid it's not mild and it will shut you down. Whenever your natural test is shutdown you need pct. also quit the var and save it do test only and 250mg twice a week e3.5 days a week of var won't hurt if you can hope on test e now, if you can get at you should have no problem getting test e.

Also you should not find anyone who had taken just var, ad if they did you don't want their advice because test e should have been the base.

I was told same thing. Everything I read reinforced what I was told and I thought I was ready. I bought my var and primo came on this site to determine dosage I should take and was bitch slapped with reality. Through the help of the members on this site I discovered that I was misinformed. The members here gave me the correct guidance. I still haven’t started. I am still learning about AAS and once I feel I am ready then I will take that rocket.

Again your hearing from users who have took it and telling you not to take it without test. If you was going to do it anyway all because you spent money on it why even ask the question in the first place. You have no idea what your taking and or doing but we do because we have a lot of experience and you just disregard the information and carry on doing what you wanted in the first place. The problem here lies with people here advising the use of anavar by itself just because they did not get shut down or suppressed. Instead of some of those people suggesting the safest way to use it which is a test cycle only or along with anavar, they go ahead and start making statements where anavar is this fantastic thing for fat burning and muscle.

Think of driving 200 miles on 2 gallons of gas, there is the chance toy could make it, but why risk staying on the side of the road when you could have stopped and filled your tank and be safe. Just an example so you get the idea.

Same goes with steroids , you always want to try to stay as safe as possible while using them. "You only get one boyd in your lifetime, so take care of it".

You can use var by itself, if you have a vagina.
Its not worth shutting yourself down for one oral steroid . Abort this cycle for your own good.

Cruzetor and TylorFallon, I think you both need to do more research before giving out false info to the new users.
