Clean Bulk or possibly cutting cycle advice
Hey guys, new to the forums but certainly not a newbie in the gym. I've been training for 12 years now, consistently. My nutrition and workouts are top notch. I don't need diet or workout advice, simply cycle advice. My cycle history is fairly mild, 4 cycles total in the entire 12 years, all fairly basic except for a recent one where I tried Tren Acetate (will never make that mistake again so please don't suggest it). I'm not looking for a quick fix, I'd rather spend more time to avoid any really harsh substances (I know I ****ed up that model by going with Tren Ace :rolleyes:).
I'm 26 Years old, 5'10" tall, 200lbs and if I had to guess around 12-14% bodyfat
I would like to be 21 Years old, 6'3", 250lbs and 5%... ok I'm joking...
I would seriously like to be 5'10" tall, 210-220lbs and 8% bodyfat.
Like I said I am in absolutely no rush, rather do a slow and steady build up. The journey's the fun part anyways right? But I'm not naive and I know I won't make these gains naturally no matter how well I train and how perfect my diet. I'm pretty much maxxed out naturally I believe. Might be able to get a few more pounds on me.
I recently started up the Anabolic diet again. If you don't know what that is then I probably don't want your advice anyways so I'm not going to explain it :aajack:. The anabolic diet is supposed to be a natural alternative for raising test levels and general cutting. So I'm not sure if I should run a cycle while doing it or abandon the diet, go back to a regular Carb based diet and hit the juice, saving the anabolic diet for a later date.
I would like to stay at or below my current bodyfat for the duration of my workout life. I have no interest in the dirty bulking and then extreme cutting.
So basically I'm looking for cycle suggestions, again, I want to keep the cycle fairly mild in terms of sides but I also want some decent results (I know I know)
