Concentration while workout
Is there any ingredent that help in concentration while workout. Usually when i do workout i don't have concentration on it. I try prework but its very expensive to afford.
Any suggestion

No idea. I've never had that problem. When I'm lifting you could be holding a conversation with me and I wouldn't know it. My mind is focused on whatever muscle group I'm working. Stare at yourself in the gym walls (if they're mirrored, if not you may scare the children) and visualize the body youre after. Be that person while youre in the gym. Ignore everything else. Are you asking for a supplement that causes meditation? None that I'm aware of. Could be just my personality. I'm very focused and intense in everything. Extreme some say. Who knows. Visualizing and becoming the image I'm after works for me.
