Ever Since my first cycle i have always ran Test higher with other anabolics. My last 2 blast have been with low dose test and higher Tren for example. After a lot of research, personal trial and error, blood work, and bro talk I know for myself I respond better to a low test cycle. I am very sensitive to e2, never had any issues with gyno but experience all the other sides associated with e2. I have a very hard time controlling my e2 while running 500mg of test or more, I respond very well to both stane and adex, a small dose of both can tank my e2 so easily ( bw has been done ) ie. .5 adex E3D or 12mg of stane ED. Running Test solo at 500mg and above I want to run an AI regardless of how i feel for obvious health reasons. Every high test cycle i have ran i had a hard time controlling it even with blood work. Besides the pain of trying to control my e2 I experience 0 sides with 19 nors and other AAS while running my maint TrT dose or going up to maybe 300mg PW tops. I have everything on hand but have yet even ran an ai in my last 2 blast with npp/tren. Had blood work all through out and numbers were great compared to when i would run my test much higher. My last bloods I had done my free test came back at over 900 ng/dl not total, free! I think my free was so high because at the time i was taking stane 10mg ED, that proves the significant impact this ai has! This kind of turned into a rant:0hammer: but I want to see how many members here run cycles like me and also have as hard as of a time as i do with controlling your estrogen. It really isn't easy. It has taken me a lot of trial and error and a lot of blood work to learn how my body responds to all this gear.

Below is my next blast :0happyhum

Test E- 250-300mg PW
NPP- 150mg EOD
Mast- 100mg EOD
Var- 100mg ED
Stane- 8mg ED ( If needed/adjust as i feel )
Caber/Prami on hand. Caber makes me feel like sh!t and i have yet to try prami so if i feel the need I will be using Prami not caber.

After this blast I will cruise for 4 weeks and then go right into this for another 8 weeks :7up:

Test E- 250mg PW
Tren Ace- 50mg EOD
Mast - 200mg EOD
Winny- 50mg EOD ( Had Bloods done when i last ran winny for just 4 weeks at 50mg EOD and levels were still in range )
AI/DA same as above.

Imo this is the best way to cycle. I look leaner, feel better, and feel none of the sides i experience while running high test with a 19 nor.

Maybe consider running test at a TRUE TRT dose. You are bordering in a cycle dose. Try 100-150mg PW.

Hello and hell yes. Even running low test not far above trt along with Tren/mast my E2 with an AI was still through the roof. My test was 1400 rant 348-1197, free test 53 range 7.2 - 24 and my sensitive E2 was 380 range 3-70. It was pretty much the same the cycle before with test at 736 and E2 around 300.

That is not my trt dose that's my blast. I cruise on 150mg test e PW. I have no issues with test up to 300mg

No one else cycles like this? Currently running my npp blast and am experimenting with .1 adex EOD. Very low dose AI, I think i might bump it up to .25 EOD until lethargy is gone then drop back down to .1 and hold

2:1 or 3:1 ratio tren to test works the best for me. Or a little higher.
Last one was test 250 tren 900. Almost 0 sides. Always have treninsomnia. Lol

Caveat : this is advance use after years of running different compounds.
This is not recommended by any means.

I get terrible insomnia on any 19nor lol! Last night i took a few melatonin and a few other things and was still tossing a turning and waking up every 30 minutes. First time blasting with my NPP being much higher than my test, have only ran tren cycles like this. So far im loving it, a lot dryer gains as expected.

I remember when I was a teenager I had trouble with gyno. I was not overweight by any means and actually in really good shape, wrestled and played football, lifted a ton.

This makes me nervous about running a test cycle in the future. I am more inclined to run a trt dose and a non aromatizing compound rather than ~500 mg of test.

From my experience and others as well, low test cycles yield better results for me with minimal to 0 sides!

Whatever works for you to mitigate sides and get productive gains!

Curious how long you plan on blasting and cruising for and if you intend to try and restart when done or just roll into TRT?

I put myself on Trt ( 200mg PW ) and blast and cruise based off my BW and how my body feels. I will continue to blast and cruise year round, of course the healthiest/safest way possible. :7up:. Btw 200mg PW puts me right around 1100 on the charts which is where I wanted to be! If only I could get that e2 in check :madd:

Whats your E2 run at when on 200 per week. Assuming it's a sensitive assay?
Have you thought about splitting the dose and injecting 100mg every 3-4 days. Less injected = less spike in E. It will help you.

It was just over 100, I am very sensitive to e2 and Ais which makes it difficult for me to dial it in. I pin x2 a week, after switching from once a week I noticed a huge difference.
