New, and a co worker recommended I do a cycle
Hey guys! I haven't really posted here before, but i've definitely done some reading around here about nutrition and steroid use. I've wanted to try this for a while, and really havent given it any thought till about 2 weeks ago. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to all this stuff, I read a bunch of stuff about a diet and all those kinds of things but I dont even know where to start.
Here's a bit about me:
6'1" 225 Pounds.
23 years old
I used to work out a lot in high school, but since then i've really just put it on the backburner aside from doing a few workouts before I go to work in the morning.
I need to cut first, i'm pretty sure that's the first step. I just dont know what I need to be buying in terms of steroids and such to cut then bulk later down the road.
Any advice would be awesome, I want to start this asap. I was thinking about doing a few rounds of p90x while I started cutting and such, then lifting as i started to bulk. But I just really dont know hah, thank you!
