As far as diet dude you're gonna need to eat real clean to shed the fat real quick. You say your about 18% so was I when I first started hgh and I ate fat ass style. You know little breakfast big lunch super big dinner late night snack like a fat ass! Cleaned it up no white sugar no white bread switched to eating 6 or 7 little healthy meals no dairy milk, no pop soda whatever you call it from wherever you are, clean dude real clean! Hgh is not a diet supplement. It will build lean muscle mass, it will rejuvenate cells and cell growth, but you still have to eat right and put in your hrs in the gym and under the weights! After you get down to 11 or 12% bf your diet doesn't have to be as strict and you don't have to do hgh all the time. Like I said about a month before beach season I'll hit a 2 iu a day run just to really get abs ripping and popping.
