Help me pls :)
Hi there,
im starting human growth soon ive done all my test and everything looks good! i just want to ask a few questions of how much i should take if i just want to build lean muscle and look lean without looking big! Im currently weighing 78kilos and 176 cm.. Also how long should i take it for ive read up alot of forums and people have said to take it for three months or six months?
If you could help would be great!!

I have used it at 5 iu Monday through fri for over a year . Good results

For me 2iu ed cuts fat and keeps me around 10% bf easy as long as I still eat right. 4iued keeps my around 10% and I can eat alittle more dirty. 6iu ed and I could eat whatever I want and still stay around 10% bf. now when I first started hgh it melted fat off me, went from 215 fat to 190 ripped in about 6 months. With hgh I find if simple to keep all lean gains when cycling or just running maint. doses. Once you get things like you like then for me I just hit the h for about a couple if months certain times of the year you know before summer and my abs stay like they look in my avi. course that still takes work, no magic potion! But hgh is about as close to one you'll ever find. And at 51 the rejuvenation effects are an added bonus!

How did you get HGH prescribed at your age? What was the reason?

I don't split my shots of hgh just one in the mornings. And anywhere you can get into the fat layer is good, for me I have to use where love handles would be if I had any ! Haha that's one of the issues with hgh not much of a fat layer to hit! What a bad situation to find yourself in right?!

As far as diet dude you're gonna need to eat real clean to shed the fat real quick. You say your about 18% so was I when I first started hgh and I ate fat ass style. You know little breakfast big lunch super big dinner late night snack like a fat ass! Cleaned it up no white sugar no white bread switched to eating 6 or 7 little healthy meals no dairy milk, no pop soda whatever you call it from wherever you are, clean dude real clean! Hgh is not a diet supplement. It will build lean muscle mass, it will rejuvenate cells and cell growth, but you still have to eat right and put in your hrs in the gym and under the weights! After you get down to 11 or 12% bf your diet doesn't have to be as strict and you don't have to do hgh all the time. Like I said about a month before beach season I'll hit a 2 iu a day run just to really get abs ripping and popping.

You bet ! I think you will like the results you see just remember clean clean eating so that you get the max benifits from that 2iiu !
