Did you have a question? I would prefer ED prop injections. Shouldnt be any reason with your size you need 300g of protein per day--but people will widely debate this. What are your goals anyway?

My Chest/Traps/Calves are lacking, thats one of my focus's on this cycle to bring up these lagging bodyparts
It is just a matter of preference for the individual. But that too will change over time. I used to like 3 on and 1 off then 3 on and repeat. Then I did 5 on 2 off. At my age I have to do what I can as per my overall energy holds. You can change up at any time. The most important thing is consistency. Meaning that in the long run we continue to hit all body parts a min of once a week. Yes a min. Some grow at once a week and others need twice. Some people and some parts 3 times a week. Trial and error
You will find that all thru out your career things will change. Body part will grow and others will plateau at different times.
With Bodybuilding it is just that. We build and watch all parts changing emphasis on different parts as our body grows. Intensity changes as we can handle it. ...crazy mike
