i Will be doing cardio in the mornings before breakfast mon,tues,thur,fri
and weight training monday-fri in the evening for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
Another question i had was what should my caloric intake be as im not looking to put on a TON of weight 5-10lbs lean muscle with my main goal to harden up and get my abs showing.
Also would like fact based answers from personal experiance not here say.
