Hiya peeps, I have been lifting weights on and off for about 10 years.. Nothing hardcore but when I have time or get into the mood for it.. I know you have to commit to it to see any special gains but like a lot of people that work out I have thought about steroids and have been doing little bits of research and talking to people that have done them before.. I finally decide to look into it myself and get a better view on the subject but it seems to me so far you need to have a degree in biology..
Call me whatever you want but I was thinking it was either a pill or needle in the morning hit the weights and in a bit of time get ripped.. every post I read is full of abreiviated letters ( AI, AAS, TPM, ABC ) yeah I kind of understand what a cycle is but I never thought about the PCT..? How crutial is it? I've never heard about it until I joined the forum.
Could someone dumb it down cut out the abreviations and explain it... is there a warm up stage before your cycle and a cool down at the end??? Is it possible to take one thing for 4-8ish weeks by itself like testosterone or d-bol?? Or do you need to take 6ish things every day and other stuff after your cycle..
Also I've read a good amount on oral only cycles and people saying they are a waste of time and you need a needle as the base of your cycle...?? Is that for everyone or just peoples personal preferance??
I know people are going to say check out newbie area and find out but the more I read the more I get confused and as I said in post title it seems too complex..

By the way im 28, about 170ish lbs and just looking for a little more defined muscle.. Any recomendations for an obvious newbie looking to dip his toe?
