First time use Need opinions and help

Hi I know you're going to try to tell me how wrong this decision is that i am going to make but my mind is already made up so i would appreciate some help from people with experience so that i can practice using gear safely. I'm 18 Weight : 130 Height:5'7 I've been working out for 3 years and i like to educate myself thoroughly on what i am doing, After a correct diet and a great workout routines i still have made horrible gains in these three years so i have decided to start my first cycle and would like some advice on how to be safe while doing so.
I know some might say you're too young but i have read about many people who used young and ended up just fine for one take Arnold let me know your thoughts and opinions thanks.

Have you personally seen Arnold's medical records to know he is just fine?

You have horrible gains because your diet and/or training are horrible.

Post up what you ate yesterday and include macro's for each meal please.

I cant help you with AAS. You will need to first learn how to eat and train properly. If you have been training/dieting for three years something is way wrong with your setup. Only 130lbs means you aren't eating enough calories. Read the nutrition section first through and through and make out a diet plan.

~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Right now your body has plenty of hormones in it already. If you aren't making gains then something else is missing. All you're going to do is mess up a HPTA that is working just fine. Try eating more. Diet, sleep, consistency in the gym and proper supplementation will get you farther than juice alone at this point. Don't be stupid kid.

That's your daily meal plan at 18? Its not bad honestly, probably not perfect but seems hard to believe that this would be what an 18 year old would eat. looks like you need more carbs. hardly any fats in that diet, is the steak a lean cut or not? I would personally drop the French toast and peanut butter sandwich and add more carbs to your det. A nighttime whey shake wouldn't be bad idea but that's a lot of protein intake for a 130lb person, seems hard to believe.

Here's the deal from ...crazy mike. You are terribly too young and that's not an opinion that's a medical fact. You are playing Russian roulette with your endocrine system, your bones, joints and ligaments and tendons and that's another fact because you WILL lift more that you structure is equipped to deal with. Thus you will have joint and other bone problems later on in life. That I can tell you by my experience at my ripe old age.

I know there are other reasons, I'll not try to say right get into, so for that reason at your age, it would be highly immoral for me to help you in any other way except to tell you to read up on here and other places to get educated and thee to advise you what you don't want to hear. Don't do this you age and immaturity is evident and you will most probably regret it your whole life. ...crazy mike

PS: Your plan is irresponsible at best, so I disagree with what you claim. ...cm

When I was 22 I wanted to start my first cycle but after doing all my research I decided to wait and to train harder and eat bigger and now 3 years later I'm 22 pounds heavier and now preparing for my first cycle. Just have patience my friend! Trust me listen to the guys who have been doing this for a while. Some I'm sure longer than you have been alive
