Used all types of steroids and done many courses!
I'm pretty strong!
Max Bench 200kg
Should Press Bench Max 150kg
Curl 32kg-36kg each arm
Squat Max 140kg (needs improving)
I'm look to enter my first comp next year, and looking for much advice as i possibly can regarding my cycle, nutrition ect! All info will help especially from guys who have entered comps already.
I may extend the first 12 weeks of the cycle from 12 to 14 or 16! I know all in all it's probably a bit long of a cycle! I'll take on board and negative advice and positive and will critique if need to.
There will be a PCT! Again advice on that would be good as-well.
