its a long ass question... i describe myself. previous cycles I have been on, all kinds of stuff its a complex question looking for a somewhat specific answer on what cycle would suit someone like me

why don't you just find the answers by reading some of the stickys at the top of every forum instead of asking for them...I think youll find your questions have been already answered in countless posts on the forum before and your "situation" is not so unique...good luck...
