First cycle advice
Hello all,
I plan to run a 12week cycle of test e, tren a, and dbol (as a kick start). Also, will use 0.5 of Arimidex EOD.
Weeks 1-12: Test E :500mg/week
Weeks 1-6: DBOL at 40mg/day
Weeks 6-12: Tren A at 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-12: Arimidex at 0.5mg EOD
It should be noted that this is my first steroid cycle ever. However, I did complete two pro-hormone cycles before with great success.

140lbs
15% BF
It used to be 124lbs; after two Prohormone cycles my weight increased from 124 to 145, and then leveled off at 140lbs. Before that, I worked out naturally for 6 months and only put on 4lbs of mass. Ironically, the natty gains were much more easier to lose than those that I gained while on pro-hormones. I think I just have a shitty genetics, which should explain it all.

Man i did my first cycle last summer, just on test E because i wanted to do it the smart way. Just for the test E alone i sometimes had little anxiety. Tren is known for causing anxiety, if you add the tren short breath you could end up having ****ed up panic attacks.
I know you are excited to get results and get big but people like the ones you want look like probably started the same way, knowing their bodies reactions to compounds.
You are owner of your life and health sure you can do whatever you want, but we are giving you the same advice we would give to a friend: dont rush it.

I dont think theres a normal reason needed to exceed certain body weight. The fact that you dont dare to say means you know its ridiculous for us to hear.
You want to be more attractive to girls? Its the only thing i can think of.
Just try one compound after another each time man, people dont say it to piss off people, its the clever way to do it. Test gave me nice appetite and nice gains.

No, it's because all my friends are 160-170lbs and are ripped and attractive. I am considered a looser because of my height and relatively low weight with fat. I want to show them who is the looser here, when I walk in as a 180pound ripped fighter.
as I said, I worked out for 6months and lost all those gains in 2 weeks or so, when I traveled to a different country and didn't look for my nutrition. Yet with pro-hormones, I kept most of my gains despite changes to my diet from time to time.

No matter what, if you gain 40lbs by May the majority of that weight will be fat. Your natural testosterone levels should be sky high right now, provided you haven't already screwed them with your PH cycles.
So, instant gratification in 4 months time will be worth a lifetime of potential health problems? Not being able to get an erection? If you even want to have sex in the first place. Limiting your endocrine and HPTA system because it may never fully develop?
Mate, nobody here worth their membership is going to recommend any 18 year old cycles. Please hit up our nutrition and lifting section, learn and apply.

Man i wish you could see me before and after 5 years of natty training. I was skinny pretty close to that actor called DJ Qualls.
I went from around 128 lbs to almost 163 (with less than 14% bodyfat, which gives me a good appearance), the first 20 lbs came super fast, like in less than 5 to 7 months. Most people probably wont believe it. I always lifted hard because i wanted so much to get bigger. And with no partner! Everybody that joined me left the gym. I had some "gymhead" friends that started 2 years before me and i got to their level, when they saw me at a club with a fit tshirt they were amazed. This can happen to you too.
What im trying to say is, you still have much to do by yourself and your natural test, dont play with chemicals yet. If you trust people who advice you to not use (or at least dont use that much) you will be really really thankful in the future and you will know that adding so much stuff was just plain stupid.
You dont need to use gear to get to that weight man, eat like a beast and have discipline at the gym, you WILL get big.Last edited by lui; 01-03-2014 at 05:50 AM.

i was sorta in lui's boat put 20kg's on in 8-10 months natty. shortcuts never pay off learn discipline and get to your genetic potential naturally then maybe just maybe run a cycle. dont be a retard dude.

because, retard no one is going to gain 40lbs of muscle by may it just can't happen if you were to get that weight in that time most of it would be fat. you clearly know sweet fk all if your planning to run test, tren and whatever the fk for a first cycle. good luck anyway youll need it by the sounds of it.

I know that you have not received the responses you were hoping for. And maybe some of the comments were a little more rude than expected. But if you did a little research you would see why your plan is not good. If you only go to the steroid profiles page and pick out the strongest compounds to base your first cycle on, without researching them further, this is what you will get. No one here would ever suggest to anyone at any age to try tren on their first go at AAS. I do not care if it is for the last several weeks or not. This is simply not something anyone should do first and if you read any threads on this, or any threads on other who wanted to do the same thing, you would see the same thing. No one knows who you are so do not take anything personally. People are only attacking your plan, and the more you learn the more you will see why. Imagine if you were on a skiing forum and said I have never going skiing before, but for my first run I am going to be dropped off on the top of a cliff and do a few 60 foot cliff drops over jagged rocks. You would probably get the same types of responses on their too. You would be told to learn more about skiing and start off on some smaller mountains to get an understanding of the basics first. You gave enough information in your post to let many people know you are not ready for that; it is as simple as that.

I listened to bodybuilder Bostin Loyd. He said that when you do your first cycle, you are going to put 20-30lbs no matter what. He also said that he ran a superdrol cycle and went from 170 to 230 in 4 weeks.

Yes, you can gain 20-30lbs on your first cycle if you really try. But most of that is fat and water NOT LBM. Soon after PCT that gain MIGHT be 15lbs if you are lucky and do EVERYTHING right.

Well if you received your info from a body builder I can see why you would believe them. Unfortunately it seems completely impossible to go from 170 to 230 in four weeks. I don't even think this would be common or possible if you were trying to gain fat, water weight and more fat. We can only offer advice based on our own experiences and if you are speaking to a body builder I just hope he isn't the person trying to sell you gear as they would have a biased opinion and may not be telling the truth. Good luck with whatever you do or choose to believe.

Mate you need to just get it in your head that it takes time , and isnt a overnight fix .
Get a gym routine and a diet plan , and put some effort into looking good .
You dont want to be on TRT all your life .
You should not look at your mates and think ' ohh I wanna be like them , so steroids is the answer'

OP I am not going to bash you but you need to stop and listen to some of these members these guys know more about gear and running cycles than most of us will never come close to having half their knowledge. They are trying to help you not argue with you and yes some of them get a little short tempered but can you blame them when they try to help and it gets thrown back in their face.
