    First Cycle advice. HCG PCT

Alright i'm planning on doing my first Test E cycle. I was going to add in dbol but iv decided to drop it.

    Test E 250mg 2x a week 1-12 weeks (Mon + Thurs)
    Adex .25mg EOD 1-14 weeks
    HCG 250iu 2x a week 1-13 weeks(Tues + Fri)

    PCT
    Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 50/50/50/50

The problem is i'v been reading a lot of conflicting opinions on the dosage of HCG. Some people say 500iu 2x a week then do 1000iu EOD for PCT. Others say what i have in my plan. I would appreciate it if some could give me some straight forward advice.
    Thank you

I have invested way too much into BB and my self esteem and self worth rely wholly on how much i lift and how well i look. I do my best not to look in the mirror but when i do i become depressed, its as simply as that. I'm depressed and don't want to be and i hope that AAS will help me in this.

I appreciate your'e concern and for 95% of people my age i would agree with you and advise them not to do it. But iv been researching about AAS for a while now but its come to the stage where i feel i have to do it. I don't really care about going limp for a hot chick as it has happened before and hasn't affected me.

Not being able to have kids and hair loss are the two things which are holding me back. If i had some finasteride i would be on the gear already i'm afraid.

5ft 11.5 ( might as well be exact)
    80kg\176 lbs
    14% bf

Half way through reading, most didnt do PCT\no HCG. Or used tren or load of random stuff. Most are complaining about no sex drive but already have no sex drive really. If theres a woman there asking me to have sex with her i will but more for her benefit not to feel rejected than my satisfaction.

Finished, again no pct i nearly all posts. One lad saying his testes look small, my teste are barely visible. I literally only see the scrotum no actual teste definition at all. I'm not trying to be ignorant but if i do this properly, HCG PCT Blood tests etc. shouldnt i be able to get away with it without major damage.

Did you read the first link I gave you too?

In all honesty bud, this is a site that preaches safe cycling. That means we take age into consideration too not just how well a cycle is planned. I doubt you will get any love from anybody here for cycling at your age. Particularly at 176lbs at that height.

Can you give us your weight gain cals and macro's and tell us your results on this diet plan?

Yes man i did. I understand the risks (theoretically) but i feel if i don't do this i'm giving up or i'm settling with being unexceptional. I think you have to take risks to get rewards. For each of those stories of people having bad experiences there must be some of people doing fine? I'm fighting with myself to be honest, on one hand i don't want to be impotent and or bald. On the other i don't want to be the same as everyone else.

I'm currently dirty bulking on 3500/4000 cals a day. I don't really count macros i just make sure to get over 200-250 grams of protein. I have gained weight from 74 kg since late December. I have increased my lifts but i'm doubtful on whether i have gained any muscle mass.

So no matter what i say this board wont advise me to do AAS? I respect this but i guess i will have to go to another forum.

I think you would be much better served in our nutrition and lifting forums. If you aren't gaining muscle it isn't because you aren't using AAS. If you can't gain without AAS you won't hold onto any gains you might make on them.

Are you saying you gained 6kg in the last 5-6 weeks?

Of course if you want to head off to another (maybe reckless) site then that is your prerogative of course.

    Ill take a look bud.

Yes, i'm not exaggerating. Same weighing scales. 74 kg to 79.5/80 kg. Most if not all of that is fat.

Yes, most of it will be fat. There's no place for a dirty bulk IMO. You won't see your muscle gain and then there's every chance you will lose it when you try to cut. This isn't an instant gratification lifestyle it takes years of discipline to get a great physiques. Better to gain 1kg a month and most of that being muscle than 6kg a month and 5kg being fat.

being 19 is a tough age, hormones are out of control to begin with. Ive been there and went on the gear at that age. i regret it now, wait as long as you can then do it safely.
