Training in PCT
What is the correct approach on how to train? I read alot and some say do 3x a week push/pull/legs doing 5x5 or something. Others say same intensity as on cycle but less volume, which would mean less sets or exercises. How should i keep training in PCT? I have lowered my cals a little on bulk cause in PCT seems like im gaining some fat.

I always saw you were supposed to keep workouts at about 45 minutes no longer, focus on compound movements, and to not reduce calories
