    Muscle cramping

Ones anyone ever get excessive muscle cramps while cycling? My last couple cycles I have had excessive muscle spasm or cramps in my legs and I don't believe it is a water issue because I'm generally around 1.5-2 gallons a day.

I don't have cramping with test only, I didn't start cramping until I added tren .

Deca is also a 19-nor so it could be related?

edit: actually I bet it is, both tren and deca will mess with your T3

^^ This. Try a baked potato, not a sweet potato as a pre workout. Also try taurine. but you have to use a large dose 5-6 grams

If your drinking only bottled water it can actually dehydrate you because it can leech out salts from your body. Mix in a glass of tap water or something with electrolytes i(salts) in it.
