Test e, mast e, var

Stats: 25 years old, 220pounds 5"11
About 10-15%bf
Done a few basic cycles with test and orals, such and dbol and var. Really like var i seem to react very well to it.

Goals: This will be my first time cycling to cut weight. I wanna get down to about 210 and increase strength. Calories will remain at 3200 calories, haven't yet figured out what kind of split I wanna do yet.

Purposed cycle: 12 weeks
Test 500-750
Mast 400-600
Var 80-100
Pct is all oh pharmgrade
Clomid/nolva
And a few supplements.

I'll prob keep it on the lower end of usage 500/400
Bloodwork will be done before/mid/after cycle

Questions: how should I take my Adex e3d .25mg if needed at all due to mast being in the cycle.
2)I'm read to take 5mg cialis while on mast due to prostate. I'll also be taking cycle support and nac during this cycle.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

What kind of test? and there is a big difference between 10% and 15% bf composition. If your at 14+bf I wouldn't recommend mast.

Is 3200 calories Ed what you were doing pre cycle?

I agree that if you are on the higher end of your fat stats to stay away from mast. I don't think you really need to be using above 500 mgs of tes if you are cutting, just seems like more sides that you won't want. Hope you will be using hcg on cycle and that you re calibrate your calories as you cut in order to get the most out of your cycle .

I normally sit at around15% at that height and weight!!

10%-15% is a big difference mate

I'm on the lower end of the spectrum, closing to 10-12. Calories will remain the same at first and adjust from there. Yes i run hcg,

Whats your tdee

2800-3000 keeps me at a steady 219-221
Lifts:
349.5 bench
500dl
405 squat.
Goals for after cycle.
365 bench
475 squat
530 deadlift
The reason why I believe my squat could increase this much is because I haven't maxed in awhile and I put 365 for reps. Dont plan to max again till next comp.

If you want to cut I'd use a short ester Test. Longer the ester, the more water your body will retain to break down the ester and release the Test. Do cardio, it'll help to combat fat.
