Liquid Anavar? . Aqua Var

Im fairly new to this site even though i have been reading a lot on different posts.
My boy hit me up saying he has anavar for me. he sent me a picture the tube said Aqua Var. I've been trying to find some information about it but I'm guessing its regular var

So my question is ...
Is Aqua Var regular liquid anavar?
Would i need PCT even if i plan on taking 20-30mg a day
Is it a good product to take for someone who never touched gear in his life

185 lbs
bf about 20%
goal - get cut and a little bit bigger than i already am
I've been training for 3 years

Any help would be appreciated , idc at the fact that I'm 19... I'm trying to to find out how to take it from the little info i already got and read

Seems like we repeat this alot lately huh Vegas? Ha! Speaking of vegas I am there about every 2-3 weeks for 5-6 days at a time. I am not sure how you do it man haha. I gotta get the hell out of there after about 5 days or im broke and tired.
