    Var Cycle

    Starting an Anavar only cycle at 40mg/ed for 6 weeks than Clomid PCT at 50mg/ed for 2 weeks.
    I know PCT may not be necessary with var but I want to be safe. I want to see how var only goes, than will consider stacking test with my next cycle.

    I am 5"10, 170lbs, 8%bf

    Goals:
    1. Looking to gain some lean body mass (5-10lbs) Diet is in check.
    Macros- 70g fat, 200-300g carb, 200-300g protein, eating 100-300 cals above maintenance
    2. Incline Bench - 225x4, Current - 185x2, along with overall increased strength
    3. Increased Vascularity, and muscle hardness
    4. Maintain or lower bf%

    Overall Goal- 175-180lbs, 7-8%bf, 10-20% weight increase in lifts

    Are my goals achievable with proper diet and training regimen?

    Your goals should be to continue working out without the use of steroids. Period. You are too young, and you are still growing in many ways. The others will now tell you why I just said what I said.

    im taking var reguardless of what u say. u could atleast tell me if my goals are achievable and offer some opinions. i dont know why you guys think you can tell all us "youngersters" what to do 99.9% of have already made up our minds. stubborn youth

    i will probably only run this 6 week var cycle and stop. i wont take any test if anything just stick to var

    10lb muscle gain in 6 weeks? No, not achievable. And a cycle that is certainly not worth the risk IMO.

    most experienced members, self included, will not help you if they feel their advice is not in your overall best interest.

    5 lbs max and possible limp dick, acne, high bp, endocrine damage.

    I recently finished a 6 week Var cycle along with my TRT dose of 200mg per week of test. My strength didn't increase too much but I had a great sense of well being about 3 weeks in along with a constant pump and vascularity. My weight stayed about the same the whole way through.

    So you took var and it gave you the same effect as when I take liquid cialis and pre workout? Sounds like something was off.

    Honestly, don't think I would take Var without adding other components to do it properly. I also don't think I would ignore the advice of members (in total) who have the experience of hundreds if not thousands of cycles to back up their advice. You only get one body, awful waste to f*** it up doing something stupid.

    Like i said im not taking any other compounds... i want to take something and var seems to be the safest and im really looking for a solid strength increase and to lean out

    You have experienced users giving you very valuable information, if you choose to disregard it why did you come here. Anavar shuts you down and that can be very detrimental while your body is still developing. When your 30 youll look back and wish you waited.

    I've never understood why people come here for answers and than get upset when they don't get the one they want. I've been here for almost 10 years and I learn something new every week.

    Listen to what these guys are telling you. Even if you were 40 they would tell you not to run a cycle like that. You're just asking for trouble.

    Deal Me In, people ask for horrible advice in hopes of finding one other idot to go along with them and agree that what they are doing is a smart idea.

    He will find someone somewhere, most likely not on this forum though because the members who have been here long enough are too educated to encourage him.

    Hopefully, Zedded will realize that people here have his best interest at heart with absolutely nothing to gain by him doing what is best for his body. Although uninformed, he is a grown man and will ultimately decide what he wants to do whether it is in his best interest or not.

    I don't feel 100-300 calories above Tdee is enough to make those gains no matter what. I would go to 400 - 500 of good clean calories over TDEE and follow a good workout for building mass. Lots of squats, deadlifts and other compound lifts. I would also post my complete eating schedule in the nutrition section and my workout in the Lifting Techniques forum. These three things will help you maximize your natural potential without the use of any steroids. At 170 pounds, I don't think you are even close to your natural potential.

    well... i have decided to be smart about it and not do the cycle. But i would like to be educated on the subject in the future if i ever do decide to take AAS and I will definitely be running test with my cycle.

    Smart choice, plenty to go off on the forums.

    You will be shocked at the amount of natty gains you can make when diet and workout plan is proper and in place. We have some nutritionists and very educated lifters that will help you along.
