Question about tren
I currently just started a stack of tren, test prop, and mast. I have some shoulder issues so I only lift upper body 3 days a week in order to give time in between for rest.(to minimize flare ups) My question is, is there a "best" time to inject to get the best results? My legs are pretty built but I lack in upper body so that is my main focus. I lift in the morning. I lift upper body on Mon, Wed, and Fri. I inject about an hour prior to lifting on those 3 days. Any advice would be appreciated.

It really doesn't matter what time you are pinning relative to your workout. What you're doing is fine.

Agreed^^^^^doesnt matter in terms of results. Just stay consistent as possible to keep blood levels stable .

Upper body three days a week. And you recover from this when.
Correct me if I'm wrong
chest 3x a week
Back3x a week
Etc.

Time of day doesn't matter, but the earlier you take the tren, the better you might sleep.

Pin in the AM so you'll sleep better. Either way you're gonna get the sweats. I pin test in glutes and tren in quads.
