Is it ok to take a diuretic when taking winstrol?
Yes, but be careful with them. The stronger diuretics can cause severe cramping at inconvenient times.
I have been getting very nauseated lately is why I ask. could this happen as well?

well, that can certainly open a can of worms you ordinarily would not have to deal with. if it's just water weight you are worried about, then why bother? You a pro getting ready for a competition?
with diuretics, you can easily deplete many essential micro nutrients including electrolytes.
Unless you have a really good reason, I'd suggest skipping the diuretics.
