Hey guys
I need your suggestion. I got diabol and anavar
(10mg tablets).. I was wondering though when and how much to take (can I take both same time during the day? Or each drug every other day?). It's my first time taking steroids so not much experience.. I am 29, 180cm, 80kg and in good shape (training 5 days a week).. Just need to add some muscle, get rid of some excess fat and get leaner. Any advice is welcome..

you really shouldn't take either without some form of test suppliment.

You should not be taking two orals in your cycle. What do you have planned for an AI? What about PCT?

Haven't decided yet re AI and PCT..
Been advised what both orals works well.
My initial plan was just anavar ..

Sounds more like you need to visit the nutrition section since you need to add some muscle and loose fat. You didnt by chance add 10 years to your age did you? Sounds like a question from a typical 18 yr old who has done little to no research and afraid of needles.

Better to be a smart ass than a dumb ass

Well it is a typical 18yr old scenario.

Running 2 orals at the same time isnt a good idea and running either one of them without testosterone is even a worse idea. Read the link provided in reply #6 and you will have a better understanding why.
