25 Years old next year, planning my first cycle

80kg = 176lbs

(Not fully sure of my bodyfat % but my latest BMI did say I was 23.8) But I can't be more than 14% BF.

Training since 16 (Crazy to think I am not far of a decade training at the gym O.O)

I attached my picture so you can see how I look currently.

My goal is to gain 10kgs (20lbs) of muscle, now even with a CLEAN diet and excellent cycle and PCT that goal could be hard. But if I can gain at least 10-15lbs of muscle I would be VERY happy because I know that would look very good on me.

This would be my first and last cycle I do. I am not looking to be the type of person that is on and off a cycle.

I want to maintain my lean look which is why I an thinking whether winstrol can be added.

I am against taking oral tablet such as Dianabol and Anadrol even though these compound do add mass very quickly but I do not want that water retention that comes with it.

500mg of Testosterone Enanthate a week for 12 weeks
For the final 5 weeks of the 12 weeks take Winstrol 40mg every other day.

Of course PCT would be in place afterwards.

Other cause during the cycle certain anti estrogen drugs will be taken to keep gyno away and water retention.

I do believe 10-15lbs of muscle added would be good enough for me.

I have been told for years about being to young but the 25 year figure will come for me next year. So I will be qualified to sit at that Anabolic table.

You might be a little above 14%. Possibly 15-20% range based on your photo and the reference I've attached. BMI is worthless.

I'm not a fan of winni. It can be hard on your connective tissue. I would suggest test only. With the right diet you'll get decent lean gains. 20lbs of lean muscle is a lot. Many guys really don't appreciate how much 20 lbs really is. Go buy 20 lbs of lean beef and you'll get the idea. Most guys can put 3-5lbs of lean muscle per year. Much of the rest is water and fat if they claim more than 5 (max 10 lbs) a year.

You'll need to post your AI and HCG and PCT for your complete cycle if you want useful feedback.

Remember to calculate your TDEE so you know the caloric demands to add LBM and what is needed post cycle to hold those gains or they will disappear faster than they came. ;)

OI! I am sitting at a side angle with my leg at one side, so don't think I have fooking LOVE HANDLES OKAY!!!!!!! LOL

But yeah no more than 15% for sure.

But serious stuff now.

Winstrol I only said that as people do use it to have that FINISHED look, my base right now I have a lean look, but of course Testosterone alone would be good enough providing the training it effective and the diet is spot on.

I will be honest right now my diet is not good, so I will need to get in the habit now till then of eating solid.

Oh I know how 20lbs is @ the gym the 10kg plate weight it is a solid amount to gain. I have read on other forums of men taking all Anadrol cycles and gaining 30lbs solid.

Now back to what I said about the Testosterone E @ 500mg for 12 weeks.

Because I said originally that Dianabol I am against it just because orals I feel something is odd about taking a tablet that can drastically give you weight gains in such short time because I feel as it that could then go easily where as something that gives you small gains over a long period of time I feel that can be kept (yes diet and PCT we know this).

But maybe as time gets closer to then I might just want to take Dianabol with Testosterone E for the first 6 weeks.

If that is the case I would rather take injectable Dianabol.

With all this, I shall be taking regular trips to the doctor for check ups.

As for my AI you asked for after my final injection of Testosterone E I would wait 2 full weeks then take Nolvadex to bring my natural testosterone levels back to normal for 3 weeks so:

FINAL INJECTION OF TESTOSTERONE E

2 week break

then 40mg Nolvadex a day. for 2 weeks then 20mg Nolvadex for 1 week the final week.

And that would be my first and last Anabolic Steroid cycle.

Of course DURING the cycle I would take arimidex every other day to keep estrogenic side effects like gyno and water retention away. The dose? not sure at present I will research more into that.

But back to Dianabal as I said if I feel closer to that time that I will use Dianabol to jump start then I will try to get LIQUID injectable...

if you decide to go ahead with this i would do this:
week 1-10 test enanthate 500mg a week 250mg mon/thurs
week 1-4 d-bol at 20mg a day and up it if you want gradually to 40mg for the last 2 weeks
if you want to do winny do it last 5 weeks but wouldnt if you do the d-bol but if you do start it week 7 and run it up to 2 days before PCT
get an ai like arimidex & run that .25mg eod to be safe & keep estrogen down which will help keep a leaner look
PCT 2 weeks after last pin of clomid 100/50/50/50 & nolvadex 40/20/20/20
similar to my first cycle apart from i did anavar last 5 weeks. i gained about 20lbs and about 12lbs being muscle tissue. was a good cycle

I just don't think you are ready. Your expectations are a bit off for one, your understanding of a few things is apparently a little lacking, also your base could be much better naturally. A big red flag is thinking this will be your only cycle.

So did those guys who claimed to have 30lbs of LBM have a DEA scan or a body pod assessment to provide actual body morphology or were they too busy gloating about their fictitious results to the ignorant masses who'd believe just about anything they are told.

I've seen enough total body composition scans in 18 years of medicine to know what 30lbs of mass is composed of so please stop pretending I'm as ignorant as your gym buddies.

You've already admitted your diet needs work. You don't get committed later. You get committed now. Knowing when, what, and how to eat are far more important than figuring out what pills to pop or juice to shoot, but like many before and many more after you, it's a secondary concern when it should be your primary concern.

I don't recall saying you had fooking love handles. Maybe you do, maybe you dont. To be honest I could care less about your love handles. What I said was, BMI is a useless index and your body fat is likely a bit above 14%.

You don't need a kick start. You don't need winni. If you think you need steroids, keep the cycle basic with a single testosterone ester AND a proper diet and see how that goes.

And FYI, your AI is used ON cycle. Your Nolvadex and clomiphene are SERMs, NOT AIs.
