I would do 35 and 35.
Or 30 and 40.
I am not sure that taking more before a workout would give enough of a boost to outweigh more stable blood levels.
I always have done an even split.
May try 40 and 30 tomorrow. Love those 50mg pumps though. Lol
I never noticed a difference. I prefer all at once.
I've been taking it once daily. My oral suspension tastes like rotten varnish so I don't think I could do twice daily.
