Hey guys my name is Austin and im looking to make a serious change. I need some advice on what I want to achieve.
Stats: Age-20
Height- 6 feet
Weight- 180
Ok so about 3 months ago I was 236 pounds and I made a major turn into losing all that weight.. 56 pounds! Now im ready to bulk up with some good gear but I also want to lose my final tiny bit of belly fat.
I workout 5 times a week with 1 hour intervals. I have heard from others that a Test 400, Test e cycle would work great? I am keen on losing my last belly fat though, theirs not much but its still noticeable. I eat clean. I eat 5 meals in tupperwear's a day. Their is a chicken breast, corn and rice in each one and that's all I eat with 2 glasses of water with each meal.
So what gear do you think will help me achieve what I want? Help please!
