I have used test deca winny before. I am about 19 stone witch I don't mind just would like to get a bit more shape and muscle definition.
Diet I am working on now as I known that's very important so I will be taking about 450 calories per day and Cordio five times a week after training and just a Little added bonus I do 4 miles a day to work and back.

Winny with Regular Oil based Test would be better. Never use Winny without an oil based test Like E or C. (as a rule). Short life cycle. And Deca is definately a no-go without an oil based test. You would have to do a LOT OF WINNY to keep up the life cycle of Decal. Not made to do so (imo). Add Cypionate at 300 mgs per week, should do great.

Winny is VERY STRONG and you should do good to add Cyp. ALSO, winny is made to be injected every 3 days for 6 weeks max. Not a good combo with Deca alone. Read up on it.

winstrol is not a pill for losing fat, good exercise and diet.
