    General Questions

    I was looking for advice. I'm 6'4, 210lbs and 31 years old. I don't get a lot of opportunity to get to the gym, maybe 2 to 3 days per week, and I was interested in taking some steroids to help increase my muscle growth and strength. I've been looking everywhere for advice and this forum looks to be the most helpful. I live in a small town in West Virginia and I just cant find much knowledge around here. Test-600x looks like what I need to take but I just wanted to get some advice from you guys. I'm in fairly decent shape and try to avoid eating badly. I can't say I never do but I eat healthy most of the time. Thanks ahead of time guys and gals!

    I don't want to come across as an ass, but your description sounds a bit lacking commitment. You would need to up your training frequency as 2 days a week is well below optimal. I would also suggest you take some time to understand diet/nutrition. Training and nutrition alone, without steroids will yield very positive results, but without training and nutrition in place, any cycle would be very unproductive and not worth the possible risk to your health.

    Take some time to read the stickies at the top of the pages and also check out the nutrition section of the forum.

    It is also useful for the other more experienced members to be able to see your stats to assess your options.

    Age, height, weight, body fat %, training history, goals, cycle history.

    Greetings,

    Your consideration of AAS seems a bit haphazardly. Steroids are not a filler for diet and weight training. AAS are responsibly used to surpass ones genetic potential, meaning after diet and exercise have done all they can do. Take into consideration you are risking your endocrine system to gain a few extra pounds.

    If you can't make it to the Gym, then push ups, situps, one legged squats, dumbells at home, pull ups, etc. Work your body at home till failure. You will gain, but not nearly as much as membership at a hard core gym. BUT, a lot of guys don't have the travel time. A Weight set at home would help. HOWEVER, nothing beats they gym.

    3 days a week is the minimum and actually works for some people, as long as you're adequately stimulating your entire body--you'll grow

    Thank you guys for the input. I realize adding a question to this may require me to move to a different forum but, as I said before, there isn't a lot of knowledge around here. There is 1 gym in my area and it's more or less a come and do what you want type place with no guidance. So do any of you guys have a good regimen for my time at the gym.     I would like to thank you again phoenix. Your referral have given me tons of information and I've also discovered an app that I can put on my phone that transfers over the workouts from bodybuilding so i can keep track of them. Thank you so much! And thanks for the advice from the rest of you!
