    First Cycle, Tips + Advice appreciated!

    Hi, I am planning my first cycle.

    Stats:
    24
    6”3, 93KG 8% body fat
    Lifting for 3 years
    My goal is to reach 100 KG of lean muscle.

    The current cycle I am planning is Test-E and Dbol.

    Week 1 to 6: Dbol 50 mg every day + milk thistle tablets 1 a day
    Week 1 to 16: Test-E 300 mg every 3.5 days (600mg/week total)
    Week 1 to 18: Arimidex 0.5mg every other day
    Week 3 to 17: HCG 500 IU Every 3.5 days (1000IU/week total)

    Week 18 to 22 PCT
    Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
    Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
    Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg
    Also using Iron labs PCT Xtreme (natural product)

    As for my diet I am still researching and also getting a nutritionist to help create something I can follow. I try to keep my diet around 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats.

    If you have any advice or tips on how to improve my cycle it would be great!

    Have you read the sticky "planning and executing s successful first cycle" by Austinite in his educational database? It's at the top of the Q&A forum...

    First cycle should be test only, to see how your body reacts to test alone, do that when you add a compound like d-Bol(and I didn't see any liver support for your oral, ehich is s must) you will know which compound is causing you sides! But obviously BW is a must... Baseline(pre-cycle), mid cycle, then about 6-8 wks after PCT! Best of luck!

    Welcome to the forum

    1. Would advice you to consider a 12 week cycle instead
    2. Drop the dbol
    3. With the adex, plan for the worst. Always keep more in stock incase youre prone to sides or its underdosed
    4. 500 ius hcg is overkill, 250 ius is enough
    5. Pct should be clomid - 100, 100, 50, 50 and nolva - 40, 40, 20, 20
    6. Drop the "natural pct", test boosters wont do you any good

    Thanks for the replies!

    What I am changing:
    HCG to 250ui (500 weekly)
    dropping Dbol
    PCT clomid and nolva dosage reduced to Clomid: 100, 100, 50, 50 Nolva - 40, 40, 20, 20
    Looking at getting BW done after cycle

    Few questions:
    Is my Adex too high? I see 0.25 is suggested and you would go up only if you experience sides?
    A longer test-e cycle would increase sides, I see you suggest a 12 week cycle instead, I have always been told longer cycle will help keep gains?
    Milk thistle tablets are for liver support - Nach3 says I don't have liver support am I missing something here?
    Iron labs PCT Xtreme, I think I am still going to take as it has a lot of benefits to the body, I understand natural test boasters are crap but this one seems to look decent for recovery after a cycle, it wouldn't be harmful to take right? haha

    Diet and training as well as genetics are the only thing that will help keep gains.
    12 weeks is suggested because it normally takes about 4 weeks for you to start to notice anything and the test to kick in. Some people like to do a little shorter even 8 weeks but you really need to have your diet and training in check to get the benefits.

    Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day
    or you can do .125 every day.
    Milk thistle is pretty weak but better than nothing. Liv52 is pretty good and NAC is better for liver support.

    Dont do any type of test boosters, most of them will actually suppress your test and can make recovery take longer. They say natural and if they truly are it would be OK probably but a lot are like pro hormones and do more harm than good.
