Hi, I am planning my first cycle.
Stats:

6”3, 93KG 8% body fat
Lifting for 3 years
My goal is to reach 100 KG of lean muscle.
The current cycle I am planning is Test-E and Dbol.
Week 1 to 6: Dbol 50 mg every day + milk thistle tablets 1 a day
Week 1 to 16: Test-E 300 mg every 3.5 days (600mg/week total)
Week 1 to 18: Arimidex 0.5mg every other day
Week 3 to 17: HCG 500 IU Every 3.5 days (1000IU/week total)
Week 18 to 22 PCT
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg
Also using Iron labs PCT Xtreme (natural product)
As for my diet I am still researching and also getting a nutritionist to help create something I can follow. I try to keep my diet around 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats.
If you have any advice or tips on how to improve my cycle it would be great!
