Thread: girl needs advice for Anavar :) help me out!

    Exclamation Anavar advice needed!

    Hey guys! I'm a 22 year old female and I'm new to this site. I used to be really lean and toned but I gained about 20 pounds after not working out for a year. I recently started again and set a goal for myself. I'm hoping you guys can help me out

    A trusted source got me Var (it's legit) and its in liquid form. If my diet is on point and I'm taking var for about 8 weeks working out 3+ a week will I lean out? Plus stair master at least 3 times a week. No more than a 10mg a day and Ill split it. I know if my diet is not on point I will gain weight and I definitely don't want to do that. So i'm pretty motivated to get on this road. I'll take any info you guys can give me. I've done my research, but still need some input from girls who have tried it out.

    currently:
    female
    5'7"
    166lbs ( I look like I weigh 150)
    Goal: 140 - gain more muscle and lose fat :]

    diet started and the diet I'll be on if I start the var.
    4 egg whites x 1/4 cup oatmeal sometime brown rice
    15 almonds
    4oz ground turkey x 4oz asparagus
    4oz ground turkey x 4oz asparagus
    1 rice cake with almond butter
    4oz lean protein (egg whites or turkey) with 4oz asparagus

    Var wont help you loose any weight but it will help you tone up and gain some muscle. Your cardio, exercise and diet will determine how much you loose.

    Even though you dont want to gain any weight of course muscle will add a few pounds so dont always rely on the scale on the floor, use the scale in the mirror or better yet start taking weekly pictures of yourself wearing the same outfit and putting the camera in the same location so each photo is the same distance. It really does help to get a proper prospective on things and meet your goals.

    What LuvB says is true. Var will lean u out but the scales may not change. Take a look at Saymass003 pictures posted on her album page. She looks thinner! Her weight didn't change or maybe up a pound. Incredible results!!


    Suggest u adjust diet first and see how much weight u loose without AAS. Without nailing a healthy diet, the gear wont help. Gals cut or bulk on var. all depends on the diet.

    Diet looks a little light, maybe 825 cal. Up to 1200 - 1300. No need to run such a deficit. Your protocol looks good. How many weeks is your cycle?

    Thanks for the advice guys! I think I'm gonna do another 2-3 weeks on my diet and lean out the most I can. I'll probably hit the anavar at about 150. Im thinking 6-8 weeks... Maybe even 6. On 5mg maybe the first week and see how I feel then do 10mg a day. No more than that. My diet is kind of low but that's just to drop quick. Luckily for me I notice I lean out fast. I'll add in some more carbs and and a protein shake when I'm on Var. And prob change my veggie to broccoli!

    What diet have you been on to gain the weight? Your diet needs some more variety. Try replacing a couple of the asparagus meals with broccoli like you said above or spinach, green beans, a salad something. I love turkey, but again variety. Replace a turkey meal with some type of fish like tilapia, salmon, tuna. As GirlyGymRat said, you may need to increase your calories.

    Have you looked into real fat burners like t4, t3 instead of var?

    Honestly its easier for me if I eat the same thing. I'm allergic to fish so, my proteins are usually chicken, turkey, or egg whites. As for the T3/T4I haven't really looked into it. I've heard a little but don't really know much. I've kind of looked into Clen. I'm not sure what to do now. I can get my hands on that stuff but I'm not sure what would be best for me and where I'm at now. Do girls stack the t3/t4 with clen at all? I just wanna drop and tone fast. I definitely won't start the Var till I'm at an ideal weight.

    The thing about T3 is it'll eat anything including muscle! But yes most (men I can say) do stack T3 w/clen depending on goals! If bulking T3 is great to stay lean while gaining LBM!

    I was going to run T3 w/my prop/& NPP but it's looking like I won't need it!

    Clen also makes people very jittery and the shakes(hands etc) but everyone is different!

    I'm gonna look more into it for females and ask around. I've taken fat burners but they just don't do it for me. I'd rather do something a little more rewarding if I have to deal with sides! Haha

    I ran t3 and Clen. Can't even sign my name. Very noticeable hand shakes. Ppl look at me odd!

    Good ideal. U can run var up to 12 weeks.

    Start a log I nutrition sub forum and post up your diet and training. It will keep you motivated.

    I've decided to get both t3 and clen. I'll prob do clen on and off and decide exactly what I'm gonna do with the cycle and how much. I'm going to Coachella in April so I'm not gonna do the Var till after. Does it feel like you're on ephedra? Lol shit is not cool but when I got the shakes I would eat some peanut butter and it would calm me down..

    I'd just say dial in your diet, workout routine then get sauced


    Dropping 20 pounds is no biggie & will teach you a bit along the way.

    Word. That's what I'm gonna do. I can easily drop the weight.. Coachella is coming up so there's no way I wanna do a cycle before.. I'll prob do it after and when I'm at my ideal weight. Prob about 145 I'll do a cycle!

    Just to add my 2 cents, I dont feel clenbuterol really does anything in terms of fatloss. I have, as well as several close friends, used it many times and while we got cramps, shakes, and brochodilation, fatloss was negligible.

    Update: Never went on that cycle of Var. I'm trying to get a hold of some legit stuff at the moment. Don't wanna take some fake shit and grow a 8===D. Been working out 4x a week for the last 54 days. Fell of the grid for a little but I'm back! My body fat is currently at 23%. I've been losing pretty fast. Lost 4% just in the last 2 weeks. I'm taking phentramine at the moment but I'm thinking to get on clen right after (phentramine is gonna stop working soon).. just cause I don't know if I'm lean enough to start var. What would you guys say? My diet is on POINT. I mean..clean clean clean. No alcohol. Just calories are a little low cause of the phentramine.

    stats as of now:
    Height: 5'7
    Weight: 157
    BF: 23%

    My wife is on Pharmacom Oxandrolone at the moment shes seeing some great gains now, shes on 10mg per day (5mg AM, 5mg PM) we also labmaxed this stuff which came back a good result

    If you do buy this brand or any brand, max sure you labmax every batch just incase.
